Incomplete then damaged Took my truck in to get 2 new wheels installed. They had it for over 3 hours and didn't get it done. Was told to bring it back 2 days later and it wou Took my truck in to get 2 new wheels installed. They had it for over 3 hours and didn't get it done. Was told to bring it back 2 days later and it would get done while I wait, should not take 30 minutes they said. Showed up and waited for an hour and a half. Then the service writer ran into a crate engine and damaged my bumper. Was told the service manager would call after his lunch break. No calls.... I finally had to call them after noon the next day.
