Service review I’ve been going to Chuck Anderson for about 10-12 years now for service. I like the way their dealership has a small town like atmosphere and they se I’ve been going to Chuck Anderson for about 10-12 years now for service. I like the way their dealership has a small town like atmosphere and they seem to be honest. Other places seem to want to upsell other services and some places’ mechanics and service people seem to be in such a hurry. When I am having my vehicle worked on, the last thing I want to see is someone rushing to get vehicles in and out- that is when mistakes will be made or something is forgotten. Lastly, I do see many of the same mechanics and service advisors that remain over the years with Chuck Anderson. More

Safety concern I originally came in for an oil change and asked for a service person to look at my seatbelt, that had gotten crushed while folding the back seat down I originally came in for an oil change and asked for a service person to look at my seatbelt, that had gotten crushed while folding the back seat down. I was told my seatbelt is a trim piece and not covered, the last time I checked, the seatbelt is a safety item or a restraint system, I understand it may be installed in the trim department at the plant. I bought this car used from your dealership and purchased an extended warranty, under the assumption that it covered everything. If I woyhave been told it doesn’t cover everything I would not have gotten it. More
