I left Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet feeling hurt, dismissed, and completely unprotected. My vehicle was damaged while in their care, and I was told it was “hail damage,” even though A‑MAX confirmed there was no and completely unprotected. When I asked for answers, I was spoken to harshly, pushed aside, and told to leave as if I didn’t matter. The General Manager said he would “get the previous owner to verify hail damage,” even though nothing was disclosed and no documentation exists. I paid for GAP and warranty coverage, yet they tried to push me toward an insurance claim for damage that happened under their custody. I filed a police report and GM Corporate opened Case #112406299. This entire experience was painful, stressful, and deeply disappointing. More

Worst experience ever. Oil change took 5 hours. Had to bring attention to my truck after I notice it sitting in a bay for 1 1/2hour and no tech working on it. I will never Oil change took 5 hours. I was told 5 hours later that this location is short staffed. You need to let the customer know this on the front end so they can make a decision if they want to risk staying at your unprepared location or drive alittle further to a location more fit to provide satisfactory customer service.
