Worst experience ever. Oil change took 5 hours. Had to bring attention to my truck after I notice it sitting in a bay for 1 1/2hour and no tech working on it. I will never Oil change took 5 hours. I was told 5 hours later that this location is short staffed. You need to let the customer know this on the front end so they can make a decision if they want to risk staying at your unprepared location or drive alittle further to a location more fit to provide satisfactory customer service.
