I contacted the dealership 3 times to inquire about getting it serviced, and I was immediately transfer My 2012 Cruze has issues with the steering. I contacted the dealership 3 times to inquire about getting it serviced, and I was immediately transferred to voicemail. I received no call back from anyone at the dealership. I visited the dealership , and there were 3 service advisers working, one with a customer and 2 on the phone. After standing for 10 minutes without being acknowledged, I returned to my vehicle and attempted to get help through OnStar. OnStar was unable to reach anyone at the dealership and also kept getting transferred to voicemail. They transferred me to Chevrolet Customer Assistance. While on the phone with Customer Assistance, I stopped Terry Lamb who was walking between trailers and explained my situation and my experience. She was very kind, and very apologetic explaining that they were very backed up and due to construction they were having difficulties. She had the shop foreman look at my vehicle, and he advised me that there was something wrong with my vehicle, it should be safe to drive, and that I needed to schedule an appointment. He also advised they were very backed up and it would likely be 5-7 business days before they could provide service. In essence, I wasted an hour and my car is still broken. Terry Lamb was very nice, and I have no hard feelings towards her, however I am very disappointed in the level of service Chuck Hutton provided and will not be returning anytime soon. More
This was my first visit back to Chuck Hutton Chevrolet after a long absence. I have had a Chuck Hutton Camaro ('85), A Tahoe('01) and now a 2011 Chevy Impala LT. I was very very pleased with thte service of Ms. Lamb and the expeditious time it took to service my car. I only had an oil change today but really liked the 21 point Car Check Sheet. I was very pleased with the assistance I got from Kenneth Greenidge. He answered all my questions and made the entire experience pleasurable. Kenneth was very patient, showing me several different vehciles and making sure I chose the right one for me. I absolutely love my new Equinox and have already been recommending him to others. Hats off to Ken for a job well done! Myh experience with the finance department wasn't so wonderful. While I basically got what I needed, I felt very pressured to purchase extended warranty and GAP insurance. I adamantly told the gentleman I did not want either, but he continued to press me. It wasn't until I told him in no uncertain terms, No, not right now, that he accepted my words. I think if a customers refuses anything more than once, that should be enough to leave the matter alone. More

Sara Hutton was wonderful to work with. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to deal with. We had an appointment and when we arrived she already had everything set up for us to be personable, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to deal with. We had an appointment and when we arrived she already had everything set up for us to begin our search. Once we found a car we were interested in she introduced us to Scott Mitchell. We spent quite a bit of time with Scott working out all of the details of the purchase. It was really a pleasure working with him. Sara came several times just to make sure all was going well. Though it took some time to work out all of the details it didn't seem as though it had taken anytime at all. This was not a purchase we had been looking forward to and in the end we were pleasantly surprised with the experience. More
I had a wonderful experience at Chuck Hutton!! From the moment I walked on to the lot looking for a truck it was wonderful!! Even tho your area is under remodel, it was still easy to look around, and to get what needed done done. I went back today for my detail on the truck, how can I explaine how helpful the people were today, Terry Lamb sure helped in the service department getting all set up for me. And then being explained the onstar system and all it can do!! WOW!! what a great bunch of people you have there! More
I have always enjoyed the friendly customer service that Mr. Shipp always gives myself and my spouse. He sold us our first two trucks when he was apart of Oakley Keesee and Dobbs Ford. Because of his honest Mr. Shipp always gives myself and my spouse. He sold us our first two trucks when he was apart of Oakley Keesee and Dobbs Ford. Because of his honesty, we trust him (and believe me it takes alot for my husband to trust anybody)so this makes it easy for us to follow him and decide on a car purchase from that dealership. This last truck we purchased, he went over and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted, and that I was not overpaying for a vehicle. I have since became a chevrolet lover, which took some convincing, but I have been so happy with my suburban and am looking in the future to purchase a new camaro for my son from him and chuck hutton.
