I was looking to trade my vehicle, in an even (sideways) trade, for one they listed on the internet. Then a friend warned me he had heard of problems with a 'bait and switch' mentality there. So when I called to ask for an email verification of the deal, I was told there were some fees from the service department to be paid, which had not been mentioned until then. Not to mention I didn't ask for any service to be done to it anyway, so how did I become responsible for the fees? I am NOT happy with the sales department right now, and I will be telling everyone about my experience. More
