Salesperson (Doris Hill) was extremely patient,professional and knowledgeable regarding all the vehicles within the Chevorlet line of which I inquired. My experience with the dealership was great, as it was when I bought a brand new impala in May of 2000. I showed up about 30 min. before closing time RIGHT BEFORE the Thanksgiving Holiday. Kenneth never did rush me or act like he had to hurry home for his long week-end. He rode with us on a lengthy test drive and was very knowledgeable about the Equinox I was interested in and bought. Kenneth and the Finance Manager stayed overtime on this holiday to help me with my purchase. They were so kind and helpful. Kenneth made an appointment after the holiday for me to come back and get my new car detailed (since everyone else at the dealership had already gone home). When I came back for the "detail" it took 4 hours for some reason??? It may have even taken longer, but Kenneth saw us still there and went to check and see what was going on for us. Soon after that, they brought my car around to me. I don't know who the person was that did the "detailing" but they didn't clean the inside of my Equinox at all. They put something on the outside that made road grime stick to it, so I had to run it through a car wash twice to get that oily stuff off of it. In conclusion, I would recommend Chuck Hutton Chevrolet to all my friends and family. We WILL be buying a new truck AND when we do; We have already decided to buy it from CHUCK HUTTON (via Kenneth). This is because of the great people there that go far and above the call of duty, are truely concerned about getting you the BEST deal and making you feel special! I was VERY PLEASED with Kenneth Greenidge because of his kindness, concern and knowledge. I was very disappointed in the "detail" shop because of the 4 hours I had to wait for nothing or for something that could have been done in an hour. More
