I brought my daughter's vehicle in for service at the recommendation of our local auto-repair business due to a faulty gas tank sensor. Nonetheless, given that we had purchased the vehicle used and that Chuck Hutton Chevrolet Co on Mt. Moriah Rd was dedicated to customer service, Terry Lamb and Darryl Downs worked together to provide us with a goodwill warranty extension covering the service on this vehicle. We could not have been happier with this news. In addition, when we went to pick up the vehicle it was "ladies day" and my daughter and I received a rose, and a couple other thank-you gifts for having our service done on that day.
