David and the management at Chuck Hutton we’re particularly helpful with this purchase especially since I had to order the truck to get the manual transmission in the Army Green color. I can’t give David enough accolades. He is always exuberantly positive, efficient, and knowledgeable about Toyota products. I consider him a genuine friend and he always makes a point to check in with me periodically throughout the year; whether it be when I bring a vehicle in for service or checking in via a phone call. He is simply superb. The dealership overall is friendly and honest. My new truck acquired a small gash in the front bumper during shipment and when I noticed it the dealership immediately ordered a new part to rectify the issue. As long as I live anywhere near Memphis I will only use Chuck Hutton Toyota and David Hayes for future Toyota purchases. More
