I loved working with Mark Tye. He was always thinking a step ahead and personal. I appreciated the time he took to show me every little nook of the car to make sure I took everything in before the test dr step ahead and personal. Before using Jeff we would go well out of our way to the Toyota dealership in a safer area. My wife would only go there when she knew Jeff would be there to help her because the area around this dealership is very sketchy. I have always recommended Jeff to family and friends. I came to Chuck Hutton to buy a part for My 2003 Toyota Camry. I have Accumulated 320,000 miles on that car, and have thought about buying another Camry. After visiting the parts department, I began to brose the new vehicles displayed at the main entrance. Mark Tye greeted me and asked I liked the New Camry. We began to discuss what I was driving. I explained that I have had great Camry for eight years, and that I would definitely buy another one. Mark asked if I was looking to buy a new or pre-owned. He began to explain that he had some very nice Certified Pre-Owned Camrys. I asked him what Certified really meant. Mark explained the process of the service departments efforts to keep these cars in the best shape possible, and that these cars were as close to new as they could be granted the miles accumulated. Mark asked If I would like to drive one and see how nice these cars were. Mark asked which model I liked and what color. Mark and I sat down and browsed the Web site. Mark explained that site he was on, was the same thing I could view from home or my smart phone, and that the site was updated regularly and often ( with prices). I decided on a few colors and engine configurations. He quickly came back with keys to an SE 4 cyl, and an SE 6 cyl. We walked around the cars and Mark explained the options, features, and differences in the models. Mark was very knowledgeable about the Camry engines, options, and safety features. I drove the Black SE 4 cylinder,very clean, nice ride, and great fuel economy. Mark gave me the keys to a Sharp Cosmic Gray Mica 6 cylinder. Mark suggested that I take this one for a ride. I fell in LOVE with this CAR! Loaded, Horsepower, and Fuel Economy! I was sold! I told Mark, that we should talk Money! Added Remote Start, window tint, and exterior protection! Mark gave me a quote and I was in the business office! Painless! My wife came to check out the car and Mark showed us around the facilities! We were introduced to Leon Tipton, the Service Manager on duty. Mark showed my wife and I how the service department's role was important in keeping the cars Certified! I had a great experience at Chuck Hutton! Mark made us feel at home, and like we were part of a family there! WAY TO GO! Thanks More
