As soon as I walked into this dealership, I was greeted very friendly. Then I was paired up with Mark Tye (sales). Mark made me feel welcomed and he really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and the pr very friendly. Then I was paired up with Mark Tye (sales). He made sure to show me all the available cars on the lot. He took the time to go through all the car features and showed me how to sync my bluetooth to the car. I was able to deal very easily with this dealership, starting with Andria Shoe via Internet Sales and finalizing a reasonably good deal with Earl Gregory. The reason for my somewhat lukewarm review for starting with Andria Shoe via Internet Sales and finalizing a reasonably good deal with Earl Gregory. The reason for my somewhat lukewarm review for customer service and quality surrounds the condition of the interior upion on delivery and the lack of response to multiple emails to Earl and Andria. While Andria was very responsive as we negotiated prior to purchase, she has not responded to the emails I have copied her on regarding the issue. The issue with the interior is that the dashboard and steering wheel was very dirty, and had not been cleaned. There was an old, melted piece of candy in the armrest storage that was not cleaned out. Finally, the car was delivered with only a 1/8th of a tank of gas. After spending 17K before TTL, one would think you'd get a full tank of gas and a little more responsiveness than this. I have gotten all of the automated emails and letters, though. More

The dealership is a very inconvenient location for me, but glad that you do offer pick up/drop off for service and/or furnish a courtesy car. David Powell is THE only reason I came to that dealership and will likely be the only reason I return. More
