We did our research and knew we HAD to have a Prius. After a few failed attempts, we found ourselves at Chuck Hutton, and Boy, am I glad we did! Every employee I encountered at Chuck Hutton Toyota was extremely friendly and helpful! I had a '96 Camry with 273k miles that was running on borrowed time, so I knew that I needed a new car. After researching various cars and locations, I was referred to Chuck Hutton Toyota by a friend, a borrowed time, so I knew that I needed a new car. I learned about Hutton Toyota and Bill Webb through a friend. I knew through gathering information on the internet that I wanted a new Toyota Highlander and my next challenge was to find a good salesman friend. I knew through gathering information on the internet that I wanted a new Toyota Highlander and my next challenge was to find a good salesman that would not high pressure me. I found that person in Bill Webb. Bill showed me a Highlander and let me drive one, answered all my questions and then left me alone to make my decision. When I was ready to buy, Bill was easy to deal with and made sure that I had a good experience. All the people I met at Hutton Toyota were very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had my new Highlander about 10 days now and Bill has followed up with me in making sure I am pleased with my purchase which I am. More

David and penny made me feel like I was family. Both of them are the best team and I felt as if I wasn't with a normal salesman I didn't feel like they were just trying to make money they actually cared ab them are the best team and I felt as if I wasn't with a normal salesman I didn't feel like they were just trying to make money they actually cared about what I wanted instead of what they could sell me. David was straight up an honest guy and my overall experience was just fantastic. My son also got a car today with David and penny and Miss Penelope was just so up beat and chipper I would recommend her and David to everyone and anyone I come across. I loved it. My only complaint was Michael ( I believe that was his name) he was not very friendly and I really just got a bad vibe from him and he just didn't seem as excited as David and Penelope. Them two are an A+ team.!!!!!! If Michael got any kind of credit for my purchases I will not refer anyone he did not any of the work minus one phone call and I told him I was already working with Penelope I did however make an appt to come in but I cancelled bc I didn't think it would've been fair to Penelope and he just didn't seem too excited for me to even come in. Penelope sent me videos and pictures of everything I asked for and these videos were very in depth and personally made by her. I truly loved the fact that I got the opportunity to be treated like a family member by David and penny and not just a random customer. David was helping me transfer my personal belongings to my car and I saw Michael just standing there under the porch like somebody just spit on his favorite cat. He could've at least helped or offered to help penny or David. I had been working with penny since the beginning of October and we built a personal relationship and I just loved her and David they were like father and daughter. :) More
