I have to admit, I'd done my research on the PRIUS and the staff seemed to sense this and did not "screw around" with silly bargaining. I respect that in a dealership. My only complaint was that initially I was told I would get $2500 for my trade-in and when we signed the paperwork, it had been reduced to $2000. It's not every day that I let $500 just disappear.....is it for you? Otherwise, Sayed was great to work with. Additionally, I was skeptical about the number of 2010 Prius models being sold at the end of 2010 and not knowing when the 2011 models would be available. Did my "new" 2010 model that I bought on Dec. 31, depreciate that much more with the turning of the calendar as well as my initial drive off the lot? Toyota would be wise to explain this....or was I a fool for buying the 2010 model on December 31? That was the main part of this deal that bothered me. I love my car, but wonder whether I made a bad business decision. Just when does Toyota introduce the 2011 models and how different will they be from my 2010 Prius? More

If only all car sales reps were like him! Chris was excellent in the way he figured out what I needed to know with regard to the differences between our 2009 Prius and the 2010 IV. His checkout in the IV was complete and he clearly knows what he is talking about and enjoys his work. I have never seen this kind of service before ... with the new technology in current vehicles, a proper checkout is essential. (I fly MD-11s for a living and approach any new equipment with the same mindset) We are "sold" on Toyota. Chuck Hutton dealership has two top notch employees in both Syed and Chris.
