I have to admit, I'd done my research on the PRIUS and the staff seemed to sense this and did not "screw around" with silly bargaining. I respect that in a dealership. My only complaint was that initially I was told I would get $2500 for my trade-in and when we signed the paperwork, it had been reduced to $2000. It's not every day that I let $500 just disappear.....is it for you? Otherwise, Sayed was great to work with. Additionally, I was skeptical about the number of 2010 Prius models being sold at the end of 2010 and not knowing when the 2011 models would be available. Did my "new" 2010 model that I bought on Dec. 31, depreciate that much more with the turning of the calendar as well as my initial drive off the lot? Toyota would be wise to explain this....or was I a fool for buying the 2010 model on December 31? That was the main part of this deal that bothered me. I love my car, but wonder whether I made a bad business decision. Just when does Toyota introduce the 2011 models and how different will they be from my 2010 Prius? More

Bill was so wonderful to work with. He was laid-back, not pushy, and knowledgeable and friendly. I was not in the market to buy a car, but my car was hit (while parked and luckily unoccupied) and it was totaled so I suddenly was in the market! I wanted to buy something environmentally friendly, so I rented a Prius to see if I liked it. I really liked the way it handled and the ride was very comfortable. I went on line and looked at all the option packages. I picked out the options that I wanted and contacted Chuck Hutton Toyota. Bill Webb called me and said that they did not have one in stock, but he found one for me and said he could have it delivered. He sent a quote to me via email and I agreed to buy it sight unseen. I told him that was probably the craziest thing I have ever done, buying a car over the phone without seeing it first. The car was at the dealership in a couple of days. When I picked up the car Chris Todd went over all of the operation features (which there are many) with me before I drove it off the lot. He was very patient with an older somewhat "technologically challenged" woman. I am very pleased with my purchase and the whole experience that I have had with this dealship. I am glad that I could get the car I wanted from a local dealer who supports so many organizations in my community. More
