Nick Brown is one of the best sales representatives that I have encountered in quite some time. We have been looking for a very specific car to meet our daughters needs. We came to the lot on Monday for a s I have encountered in quite some time. We have been looking for a very specific car to meet our daughters needs. We came to the lot on Monday for a specific car but it did not have one feature that my daughter needed. Nick walked the lot with us and discussed each of the used cars that could possibly fit our criteria. Unfortunately none did at the time. By chance on Tuesday evening I saw a specific car online that met our needs. It was late in the evening and I called Nick. He took my call even though he was getting ready to go out to dinner. He called me again first thing Wednesday morning verifying the car was still available. He brought the car around for us and it met our needs. This was by far the smoothest car buying transaction I have ever encountered. Nick made me feel very comfortable and was respectful of what our needs were.
