The internet department contacted me immediatly after I sent a request to find out if the RAV4 was still avaiable and what I would have to do to hold the RAV4 until I could drive from Ridgeland, MS. That was all handled in a timely manner and I was scheduled to meet with Brice Bivens on Wednesday. Brice was there to meet my husband and I (even on his day off) when we arrived at the dealership. He showed us many things about the car we took a test drive and then moved on to the meet James Robinson to complete the paperwork. Within about 2 hours we were on our way in our new RAV4 headed back home. Awesome car buying experience! More
