Mr Joe Penrod has not only just been a salesmen to me but has went over and beyond what I feel a salesman's job would be to simply just sell someone a vehicle. Joe is truly an asset to this dealetship as well as all sales and service personal that I've talked to. Joe and just a few people in the service department is all I've dealt with bit every other person at that dealership have their hands out to shake yours even though they're getting nothing from me. I was told by Randy our battery cable was replaced. My husband and father looked at it and it isn't. The bill is $196.00 for labor!! We had a battery replaced and a diagnosis ran.
