Ainsley is Da Bomb as a salesman, courteous, knowledgeable, professional & a GREAT young man! The rest of the staff is also efficient & polite & this is why over the past 13 years we've bought 1 knowledgeable, professional & a GREAT young man! I'm SURE these won't be the last ones either! I've never been disappointed with any facet of doing business with this dealership, whether trading in &/or buying a vehicle or having them serviced! I'd have bought my Dodge RAM 2500 from them too, but was living in Napa in between my 2 stints in Chico, so I used another dealership for that, otherwise it'd be 4 vehicles in 13 years! GREAT place to get GREAT vehicles for GREAT prices! More

Called in and made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived at 11:00a. And they were slow They told me it would take an hour and half which seemed long for an oil change but thought cause of staffing Arrived at 11:00a. And they were slow They told me it would take an hour and half which seemed long for an oil change but thought cause of staffing I was understanding. Hour and half went by and no phone call. So I called in. They transferred by call to voice mail. So I went in. When I asked is my car is ready they had to walk over and ask. They came back and said it’s not done and that he has one more car to do. I said it’s just an oil change? They said they are short staffed and that I should’ve done express???? Why wasn’t I directed to express or scheduled for that when I made the appointment I asked ? So I asked if I could talk to the manager. They directed me inside where they told me the manager is out and so I got to talk to the assistant manager. Where he told me he’s the sales manager and not in charge of that area. I explained that when the manager is out the assistant is in charge. He was on the defensive and no one wanted to take ownership which tells me poor leadership and training. I have over 20 years of retail experience with over 10 years of management experience. These people are nice good people - but these employees need better training, support from the manager - as it’s a clear reflection on his management. His staff need to learn about the customer experience, customer perception, respecting the clients time I never write reviews but I highly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. As prices rise with inflation great service will always win the day. More
