We were very pleased with the service, efficiency & courtesy of the employees during our most recent visit to the dealership. The only complaint that we had, being older customers especially, is that courtesy of the employees during our most recent visit to the dealership. The only complaint that we had, being older customers especially, is that we noted no employees that we saw were wearing masks. Perhaps they had all been fully vaccinated & boostered &/or tested recently for Covid, which might explain this, but due to the rapid escalation of the virus in Butte County & other nearby areas, this caused some concern for us. No reflection on the service we received in any manner or form, as it was excellent, so no complaints there. Thank you for your consideration. More
