After being referred to this dealership, they have earned a new customer. Staff was very friendly and unlike other dealerships that I have taken my vehicle to, your staff would not let the vehicle go until a new customer. Staff was very friendly and unlike other dealerships that I have taken my vehicle to, your staff would not let the vehicle go until the problem was 100% resolved from finding the problem and finding the issue that caused the problem. I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and strangers. I am 1000% satisfied with the quality of work that they performed on my vehicle. More

3000 mile check up of 2019 Ford Ranger Shop work was done efficiently as expected and timely manner although I did not visit the dealership in person. I am disappointed that I had an asterisk on the bill asking me to make arrangements for payment. Within an hour of the return of my truck I got a phone call asking when I would be able to pay my bill. I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership and had the majority of service work done by them. I've been satisfied with their service and dealing with me as a customer. My bills have been paid within a week or sooner when the work was done. Never have I been late with a payment for service. However, this pressure for payment really has me upset. If payment is to be immediately, then I should be told that when making the appointment. I normally have them pick up the truck and return in when finished. The bill is left on the seat of the truck with the keys. Payment is made the next time I am out and about on errands as I said within a day or two. So right now I am an unhappy customer for this pressure to make payment and then getting phone calls within the hour service is completed. We'll see how this affects my decision as to where I will make my next vehicle purchase. I've feel a definite loyalty to this dealership, but this incident has me quite upset. Hopefully things will go much better if and when I bring the truck in for future service. More
Servicing...excellent, sales...poor! I have spent thousands of dollars fixing and servicing my Ford Ranger with you. All was done well... people and work. One complaint with sales...I spent time dealing with Al Ahlrich on a used Ranger that Erv Boelter was trading in. I was promised a chance to trade it for my Ranger. When it was traded in, it was sold to another. I never got a chance to buy it. I was very disappointed...what a poor way to do business. Thanks, Curt Windschitl More

30000 milr warrenty check up I made an appointment eto have my 30000 mile checkup the staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging a time that worked for me. I had a slow leak in one of the tires and that was fixed for me. they also called me to find out if I wanted somw filters replaced because that would entail extra cost and wanted me to give approval before proceeding.
