I am also still owed 2 items on my due bull for my purchase that after 6 months I have still not recieved. Brando the sales rep I worked with is worthless. He doesn't answer emails, calls or texts. Any calls or messages I would send in to the dealership trying to get this resolved went unanswered or the usual "Brando will call you back once he is available". More

We had discussed the deal 3 hours earlier over phone and I had to drive 2 hours to get there but because I've been damaged by every other car dealer, I was expecting the numbers to be different once I got to the dealership, as I read down the numbers, they were exactly as we discussed. Then it happened again in the finance office and I told Juan, "YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO GET GOOSE BUMPS AT A CAR DEALER!!" I mentioned to them earlier, before driving to the dealership, that I did not want to purchase any additional items for the vehicle. Juan had me out of the finance office in what felt like 20 minutes. "I GOT GOOSEBUMPS", from being thoroughly listened to by everyone including Elyse..., and then, Rufus, Brando and Juan following through with exactly what I asked for. "AMAZING!" More
I recently bought a 2018 Kia Optima from Chula Vista Ford I just made my 3rd payment on September 20th. On September 28th my check engineight came on with the code p3126 which stands for excessive main and rod bearings wear. I contacted Ford who sold me the car saying it came with no warranty! They told me the problem needed to occur within 30 days for them to be liable! However the very day I bought the car I remember distinctly inquiring what if something major goes wrong with the car and at the time of signing for the car I was told 90 days. So now I'm obligated to continue Maki g my payments each moth for a car that in order to be operable it needs a new motor and Chula Vista Ford just raises their hands in the air basically saying it's not their problem! I know for a fact that the car they sold to me they had just that very day taken in as as Trade in so there is no way they had the time to do a diagnostics test on the car before selling it. They wouldn't allow me to take it off the lot until they had the chance to "clean" it so they knew nothing about this cars condition yet sold it to me for over $12,000 ! And now refuse to except any responsibility for the fact it needs a new motor which had they checked the car in any way they would have seen the Vin number had been entered into the system for the code p1326 back in 2020 and again in 2022 ! Is zero stars possible? We ordered a 2023 F350 in October 2022, as the truck was shipping I was informed for the first time that I was required to pay for the dealer options We ordered a 2023 F350 in October 2022, as the truck was shipping I was informed for the first time that I was required to pay for the dealer options. The general manager waived the fee since it was not included in my contract. We then sold our truck to CVF and Gabriel promised payment to us (above paying off the loan) in 3-5 days. CVF proceeded to sell my truck 2 days later WITHOUT receiving title. So the truck is sold still registered and titled to me, before even paying off my loan so the bank can give title to CVF. Now they have been paid for my truck and the new truck but I have not yet been paid $5000 due to me because per Scott (sales manager) they cannot release until they receive title for my truck (even though they sold without title). oh...and apparently in 2 weeks time CVF no longer has a general manager, only Scott...that will not accept or return my call. RUN don't walk away from CVF! Find another ford dealer... More
My husband and I went to the dealership to look at two Broncos. They advertised the price online for $63k each. When we got there they had marked up the price to $75k with a white handwritten piece of pap Broncos. They advertised the price online for $63k each. When we got there they had marked up the price to $75k with a white handwritten piece of paper. When we wanted to leave, the salesman offered $67k out the door. We said we would think about it. The salesman sent nonstop emails and texts for the next three weeks, confirming they still had the car and the $67k offer. They begged us to come back. This weekend we go back with our two young children. The same Bronco is there. Still no gas. Sales manager again offers the $67k out the door. We agree to buy the Bronco. We wait for the contract but they get behind and we have to get the kids lunch. The dealership finance person said she would email us the contract and we could docusign, then bring the check back without the kids and fill out all of the paperwork as we were cash buyers. I never heard back. I followed up multiple times that day asking for the contract. Nothing. Finally, that night Brando called me, one of the sales managers with whom I was dealing, and said he made mistake and he doesn't know if he will honor the offer he made on that Bronco but he can do it on another more expensive one. I said we don't want the other Bronco. The dealership offered that price on that car for three weeks and we accepted. He said okay, I will get it done. We have never heard back. This is the most unprofessional and unethical dealership I have ever dealt with. To harass us for weeks, then we finally accept the offer price and then they try to mark up the price. I wouldn't trust them. More
They are advertising vehicles that are not available for sale. Also received a run around when inquired about the F-150 Lighting. I bought a used 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe SEL from Luis I had my financing already done thru my credit union so I stated I wanted no hard inquiries on credit report. Well they ran it anyway! Showed up to pick up my long-awaited Bronco, only to be received by the Sales and General Manager, Kamram Syed, telling me that my now $46K MSRP was listed at $59.5 due to their added dealer markup and "ac received by the Sales and General Manager, Kamram Syed, telling me that my now $46K MSRP was listed at $59.5 due to their added dealer markup and "accessories" which included a car alarm/theft deterrent, nitro in the tires, some code security etching in the window, etc. items that according to them go on EVERY vehicle they sell. Can't believe that after placing the order and a deposit on January 7, 2021, they had the gall to pull this one. They said that they were doing me a "favor" by giving me a special price since these trucks are going for +$15k over. After having to control myself with the belligerent General Sales Manager, I walked out of the worst experience of customer service anyone could ever have. They indicated that the dealership was under new ownership and they had no previous letter or documentation that the vehicle was to be sold at MSRP, even though I had a copy of the order/spec sheet and a credit card voucher from the deposit. If Ford is allowing dealers to pull off things under their noses, it says a lot about their brand. More
terrible experience overall. They just want to make the sale and do not care about custom service once they get your money. We purchased our EV( Mustang MachE) almost 3 months They just want to make the sale and do not care about custom service once they get your money. We purchased our EV( Mustang MachE) almost 3 months ago and still did not get our title or plate. They had the stupid suggestion to ask us to drive to get a smog check for an EV and claimed that is the reason for delay in getting our title and plate. No one is accountable and keeps passing us to the next person and we still did not get our answers and almost 3 months later no plate and no title. More
