I recently brought my Bronco Sport in for servicing because engine light went on, my automatic brakes light wasn't working correctly, I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of because engine light went on, my automatic brakes light wasn't working correctly, I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of Andre Rensonnet. The advisor (Andre Rensonnet) clearly explained the recommendations, The work was completed faster than expected. He recommended me getting new back brakes and he diagnosed the rest of the engine and tightened up everything that needed to be taken care of. Unfortunately the next day, the engine light turned on again and the automatic brake light wasn't working again there was a humming noise so the next day I returned it. I brought it in the morning time with my grandson and they immediately got me a shuttle with my grandson and got me home safely while they worked on it. Home pick up and deliver of your vehicle is amazing!! One great reason I will always use the Ford service in Chula Vista! Three hours later they called me up and much to my excitement and a lot of test driving, diagnostics, and actually seeing the lights go on, they were able to come up with a conclusion and the exact part that they ordered for me to get it fixed. They (Andre Rensonnet & team) are an exceptional, transparent customer service that genuinely values your time! Thank you Ford Sevice Department!!! More
