Chula Vista Ford sold me a used 2019 Ford Raptor with a previously modified and failing suspension. The defect existed at the time of sale and was not disclosed. Within weeks, the suspension completely failed. Management, including Andrew May and Terry Toudle, refused to take full responsibility, offered only 50% of the repair, and tried to sell me additional insurance to avoid liability. This dealership knowingly avoided accountability.
