I also ran into Anthony, the Service Manager, who truly takes pride in making sure every customer feels valued and cared for. The entire service team is top-notch! The sales team is just as outstanding. Chula Vista Ford is lucky to have Terry Toudle and Brent Mikels back — I’ve been doing business with them for over five years and would follow them anywhere! They always put the customer first, and I’ve never experienced any of the high-pressure tactics I’ve seen elsewhere. Everyone in the showroom is friendly, polite, and ready to help. I love my truck but after telling them I didn’t want the add ons they were offering me I ended up finding three things that were added after signing paper work. I was in a rush since I had to go to work and add ons they were offering me I ended up finding three things that were added after signing paper work. I was in a rush since I had to go to work and no one really went over paper work, just had me sign stuff. Everytime I asked to get the price down they just kept saying it was taxes but just the three add ons was an extra 3k, they said it’s already on the truck but why do I have to pay for something I don’t want? More
