You're customer service is good but having to wait 3 hours for a basic oil change is ridiculous! Ford has always done a complimentary car wash in the past very disappointed this time when they didnt. Stop stalking me on the phone. I had a gal keep calling my # to confirm my service appt. If I've already confirmed via text TWICE why do you keep calling!? There's a reason some of us opt for text not phone calls. Also what's the point of checking in online if the service advisor doesnt even read/see the notes or images attached? Pointless. More
