Giovanni was a great advisor in working with me in my vehicle’s needs. Kept in contact with me, via text in which was on point. Our Sales Representative was Miguel Alcasar, and he was easily the most professional and courteous Sales person I have ever worked with, and I believe that’s why this was such a satisfying experience. Not sure what the leadership of this dealership is doing different with their staff, but it reflects in the professional courtesy passed onto the customers and I appreciate that. They handed over the car without even putting a bow on it for the memory—I understand it was late, but service is service. More
