Poor service. Appt was at 7am for an oil change. At 8:30 a.m service advisor tells me my car is ready and looks fine but technicians recommended 3 additional serv Appt was at 7am for an oil change. At 8:30 a.m service advisor tells me my car is ready and looks fine but technicians recommended 3 additional services be done. I chose 2 of the additional services. My service guy tells me,," give me til 11a.m. By 12:15 pm, no updates at all and I noticed my car parked back in the rear; not with the technicians nor waiting for pick up. I find the service advisor who was suppose to be helping me. He finally gets to me; rushes my paper work through and tells me I can go. No key in my car. I must now find someone to locate my key. This is over 5.5 hours of waiting. 2 days later I noticed there is no multi point inspection paper work attached nor a multi- point inspection video as my receipt states. I go back on July 21, 2026 and they cant find either. Now I must wait for them to rush and complete both. Epic failure. The multi point video inspection was cut off and not completed. All of 15 seconds or so. I am concerned that the additional work I paid for was not done. I will be taking my car to 2 additional service provide6r and ask their opinions. More
