Received car after service (actual car repair was completed successfully) and then discovered after arriving home that raccoon(s) had entered through open front windows (based on paw prints) and dest completed successfully) and then discovered after arriving home that raccoon(s) had entered through open front windows (based on paw prints) and destroyed several packaged food items that littered the back seats. Dirty paw prints were present throughout vehicle and on seats. Major concern and unacceptable as my young child is a daily passenger. Photos and video available. Tried to call dealership immediately after discovering (Wed) but only sales was available that evening. Explained that he was unable to help at all, so i left a voicemail message with reception. Likewise left voicemail for service tech. Next day (Thurs) i received a call back from service tech but I was unable to pick up due to work. I tried to call back same day but no luck and no word back since. I tried to call again (Fri), was able to explain situation to receptionist, and was prompted to leave a voicemail message for service manager Angel Flores. Today is Saturday and still no word back. No longer attempting to reach out and no longer intending to return. More

The worst! Brought in 2022 Kia Sportage. The 2.4L Theta II engine is well documented with having major problems with engine oil consumption. I changed the spa Brought in 2022 Kia Sportage. The 2.4L Theta II engine is well documented with having major problems with engine oil consumption. I changed the spark plugs in my KIA with 59,000 miles and three of the four plugs were coated in oil at the electrode. A very severe problem in the making. Although no misfire codes were triggered oil on the tips of the plugs is very bad. I made the mistake of wiping off the plugs before bringing them in. They finally agreed to do a compression test but would not perform a leak down test - they wanted to charge me $285 for the test. I refused and left the dealership. I would strongly recommend you stay away from Chula Vista Kia!!!! More
