My advisor was wonderful in that he got my car service done quickly. It was only an oil change and filter change. The original estimate was a three hour wait. currently this dealership does not have sh done quickly. It was only an oil change and filter change. I had made an appointment for this service. I do not expect something like this to take three hours and I am very happy it did not. But if you make an appointment, you ought to be able to get your service done quickly and be seen in a timely manner, especially if it’s not a major service. It should not matter if other cars came in. You prepare your service team for the amount of work you are receiving that day. My car is a little over a year old and has a weird part that keeps popping out. They were not willing to replace it immediately. Instead, they have tried to make it work. I think on a new car there should be more willingness to just replace things that aren’t working. I will return to this dealership for my service, but I will be paying attention to how things go from here on out. More
