The representatives need to be in sync with the warranty logistics. We were turned away twice and had to call the warranty ourselves just to find out we were correct the entire time as it was written on th logistics. We were turned away twice and had to call the warranty ourselves just to find out we were correct the entire time as it was written on the warranty that the service is covered if in relation to a needed repair, yet the representatives were insistent on charging us for the service. We have a big family and it is hard for me to take time off from work and need reliable vehicles. Thank goodness for the manager, Angel who looked further into the situation and acknowledged the warranty and due diligence we did in looking it up. He went above and beyond to keep us rest assured to provide us with the best customer service possible. I hope his leadership and guidance will build the team to their excellent potential.
