Thanks for the Feedback Keith, I'm sorry if we didn't relay the pricing correctly upfront, and I was happy to make the adjustments as a goodwill for you. Unfortunately, things like Taxes and Chemical Waste fees are apart of ever ticket, and we don't have a way to quote them properly in the system. I'm working with the system admins we use to see if we can make a clearer quote ahead of time since your visit so Customer's can see the full picture in advance.
