Words can not describe how thankful I am for Christina during my most recent visit to the dealership. Unfortunately, my car was hit by an scrap object on the highway. Christina was such a grace to me! She was so helpful, empathetic, and compassionate throughout all my interactions. Once I was at the dealership, she provided me comfort as well as made connections with my kids to help them (and me)! She had excellent communication throughout the time was being serviced, and I always appreciated the transparency regarding our process.
