Providing a positive experience is our top priority, so we're disappointed to hear that your visit didn't measure up. This Survey appears to be for Sales/Finance, and not the service department. I love that you gave Christina 5 Stars for Service and hopefully we can keep helping you on our end. I would also like you to know that John Delarosa hasn't been with us for a while, and is now in finance at another car dealership so your experience going forward should be better if he was your main concern. I apologize again, and let me know if there is anything we can do to help.
