I first came to Flemington Audi in December and met with Mr Ron Neal and Ren Brewster. These guys are genuine, knowledgable and was actually interested in both my needs and those of my wife! A few months later as I had made up my mind and was ready, my experience from December made go back to Flemmington Audi. This time I met Mr. Tony Santangelo. Once again, my experience was great! Tony helped me locate the car I wanted and settle a fair deal with a straighforward, transparent and honest attitude. The experience was very efficient, enjoyable and professional. I came back two days later to settle the paperwork and again, it was all very easy, efficient and without any hidden fees or up-sells, other than what I was interested in myself. I have been very happy with the service-department at Flemington VW and I am looking forward to picking up my new car and continue working with Flemington Audi for service as well as future needs. Prior to my contacting several of the dealerships, I had done extensive research on the Volkswagen company and the Tiguan SUV, with a primacy focus on safety. Tiguan was rated as a top 3 choice for safety, performance and engineering, so I knew I had made a good decision. After and initial phone conversation with Jason Haye, who was a Certified Sales Associate at Flemington Volkswagen, I was so impressed with his committment and enthusiasm I set up an appointment, which was another good decision. From start to finish, Jason's approach to executing all of the steps necessary to complete a successful lease was effortless, and having my needs as the primary focus gave me a feeling of well being. I had the pleasure of meeting Jason's Sales Manager, Doug Mathewson who possessed a confidence-inspring personality, and made me feel like family as did everyone I had met. I will forever be a Volkswagen cheerleader, and my satisfaction and respect quarantee a lifetime relationship. When I returned to pick up my Tiguan, Jason spent time explaining how all of the technology worked, and how to use and program the equipment, including bluetooth which he set up for me. To top off this truly exceptional experience, my beautiful Tiguan was wrapped in a BIG BOW! I could not have felt more special. It is a practice of the Flemington dealership to have follow-up contact, and any time I had a question it was immediately addressed either by phone or through email. I continually receive information about my Tiguan via email with tips and news updates which is very informative.
