I found Mr. Santangelo to be very helpful. He answered our questions in a patient manner and was knowlegeable about the Audi A-4 both new and pre-owned. Right from the walk in I felt welcomed. Ren asked me to look around the lot with him to see what I like and was able to answer questions promptly. The conversations with staff from sales and financing were individualized to meet my needs without feeling pressured. Usually dealers push you to purchase cars from their inventory but Flemington VW quickly offered tolocate the color Jetta I preferred. I got and email on Monday that my car was located and shortly thereafter I was driving it home. Excellent salesmanship and a pleasurable experience! More
