I have done business with the Flemington family of car dealerships for years, and have spent a lot of years with the Porsche team. I have purchased and serviced my cars with them when they had the old bui dealerships for years, and have spent a lot of years with the Porsche team. I have purchased and serviced my cars with them when they had the old building and now with the new facility. The one thing that makes the Flemington team different from any other is the people. They are like a family that treats you like a welcome guest or family member. I have had nothing but great experiences in dealing with everyone at the dealership. As a result, I cannot recall the numbers of people I have referred to Steve and his team. And in every case, my referrals have been delighted and have become repeat customers and made referrals themselves. The one thing that I have observed over the years is that a large number of the customers at the dealership are either repeat customers or referred customers. That is not the perception one would have of automotive sales. In this case it is a true example that it is not "where you buy your car", but more about "who you buy your car from.." that matters. And the sales, service, and overall welcoming environment generated by the personnel is what seems to make this dealership special. More

I stopped in to test drive a 2011 EOS and Garrett was on the floor. He was extremely polite and respectful and we test drove the vehicle outside. There was one other vehicle inside and I spend quite a bit o the floor. He was extremely polite and respectful and we test drove the vehicle outside. There was one other vehicle inside and I spend quite a bit of time looking it over and 'trying it on'. Garrett was very knowledgable and helpful. I commented I loved it and was seriously considering driving it off the floor but it did not provide me with the appropriate lumbar support. I explained I had a back issue that required lumbar support and I felt the lumbar in this vehicle was far to low to be effective and may even worsen my condition. He took the time to explain the feature and adjust it. I left; called the next morning to let him know I was coming down to purchase the vehicle. The purchase process was handled incredibly well. I confess I am NOT a fan of the car buying process and Garrett did everything he could to make it quick and easy. He also brought the Manager over to introduce him to me which I thought was a nice touch. I left within hours with my new vehicle. Five days later I returned with an emmissions issue and it was resolved immediately. The service deptarment was kind and courteous. Garrett also checked in with me to assure I was happy with everything as well. So, I may not be a fan of the car buying process but I am a fan of Garrett's! I would not hesitate to recommend a VW; the Fleming Dealer; and especially, Garrett. He is a delight to work with and I am happy he was my Salesperson. Oh, and I was actually cutting through the parking lot to look at Audi's when I saw the EOS. I'm now a VW fan! More
