I called a local auto parts store and inquired about the parts being replac After I approved the work to be done I happened to look up the part costs. I called a local auto parts store and inquired about the parts being replaced on my Chevrolet Tahoe. I was shocked to learn that each part was over $100.00 cheaper. Now these were AC Delco parts so I was comparing appples to apples. When I contacted my service rep she transferred me to John the service manager. When I explained my concerns his answer was “we warranty our parts”. I said thank you paid my bill and will never go back. More

I left with a car and a feeling of comfort and satisfaction Any time I have bought a car i always walk out feeling exhausted and defeated and with a “well at least I got it done” feeling. As a new mom of two I had a list of needs for my next car. Dave L took me on two test drives and answered every question I had, even some i didn’t realize i had. I’m not very good at making decisions but by the time we were done i truly understood that i could not only get the car a needed but one that had everything I may WANT as well. Then comes what’s usually the messy part, finances. Dave came back with a few game plans for me, one of which ended up completely fitting my lifestyle and very doable! Next- the paper work. I was shifted over to finance Dave (although David L continued to multitask with my insurance and all those other bells and whistles) who made sure through out the process that everything was very clear to me and he continued to answer all my questions. Lastly i was handed the keys to MY new car and Dave L came with me to help me set up my phone and make sure he could answer questions about the details of the car! I definitely know where i will be going when it’s time for a new ride. I think people would buy cars more often if all dealerships gave you this kind of service!! More
