Tried to buy a new 2023 Z06-I sent in my request on Nov 2nd right @ 12:00 and had my bank send you a certified check but no one told me reservations were assigned based on the receipt of funds. Purchased a certified preowned truck and on the same day started experiencing shuttering and a malfunction in the radio screen. I am now at the point where the manager of sales and the service department are not returning my calls or giving me other options so I’m not stuck in a vehicle that could potentially throw a transmission.
