I brought my Trax in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for two hours, during which I received an email that I needed a cabin air filter (wanting to charge me somewhere in the ballpark of $85 for I waited for two hours, during which I received an email that I needed a cabin air filter (wanting to charge me somewhere in the ballpark of $85 for a $13 part and 2 minutes of labor), and that I needed a tire realignment. Did anyone could to get me to discuss these repairs with me? No, of course not. But they wanted to suggest doubling an already astronomically overpriced service without so much as a face-to-face conversation, or taking me back to review the wear on my tires myself. I also brought a new set of wipers with my vehicle, to which the service manager let me know they could definitely pop them on for me. When I finally had done enough waiting and was thoroughly frustrated with the lack of customer service, I went to ask when my car would be ready. They brought the car around and let me know that because the wipers were “after market”, they’d need to charge me $30 for installation. I obviously refused. This service team are seemingly not honest brokers and certainly have no concern for client satisfaction. I truly am blown away by the lack of professionalism and decency, considering that they’re charging twice as much as their competitor down the street for simple maintenance. I loathe to have to return again for my next mandatory service through my lease. More
Over Thanksgiving my 2017 silverado transmission died. I'm a resident of TN. Being that I was out of state, they charged me $11K for a transmission replacement. Mind you it costs $7K in TN. They never called me other than to say the truck was done and ready for pickup. All of my phone calls went unanswered, even after leaving multiple messages. So I contacted GM directly to see if they would do anything about the obvious price gouge due to me being an out of state resident. This will be the last time I ever buy a GM product as GM knew of the issue with 8-speed (8L45/8L90) automatic transmissions in 2015-2019 Chevy, Cadillac, and GMC models as they were in litigation over it. Well they did nothing and said since my vehicle was 7K miles out of warranty that they couldn't help. More than disgusting with the way Chevy and GM screw over their customers, even when those customers have been buying Chevy for 80 years. More

Took truck into ciocca 7/28 for oil change and tire rotate was informed they found and oil seep and would need to put die in the oil and have the truck come back in two weeks to test. Two weeks later 8/9 took truck in to check for seep they informed me it was the gasket to the oil cooler and it would be 375$ to repair, i informed Brian that I had purchased the extended warranty from ciocca with purchase of the truck, he said I'll have to call them Monday to see if the repair is covered under warranty or not. Friday 8/15 still no word from Brian I received and email from ciocca stating I declined electrical services. Tuesday 8/19 I called ciocca after waiting on the phone I was sent to Matt's voice-mail I left a voice-mail and have not received a call back. Same day Tuesday 8/19 I got a flier in the mail from ciocca saying I declined electrical service and could get 10% off my repair. This is an oil seepage I dont know how i declined electrical service for a mechanical repair. Im worried they won't stand by the warranty they sold me. 8/20 called ciocca again spoke to Bryan was told warranty never called him back he will reach back out to warranty and give me a call back. No call back 8/20. 8/24 still no call back from Bryan or ciocca. 8/25 wife went to ciocca for plates on her new car, she asked Bryan about my trucks warranty claim and was told he has to call them again he still hasn't heard back. 8/29 still never heard back from anyone. Disappointed in how this was handled after they sell you this warranty they can't get a hold of anyone to get work approved or denied kind of makes it a waste of money to even buy a warranty from them. Going to be looking into other GM dealers for the future. More

It was my second time visiting Ciocca Chevrolet GMC or flemington and I had a great experience in me purchasing a car that I specifically wanted. Kyle and Ryan gave excellent service and I am very happy w flemington and I had a great experience in me purchasing a car that I specifically wanted.
