We had a flat tire on a Friday night, and I showed up at the dealership first thing on Saturday morning with the donut spare. I didn't have an appointment, but Corey brought me right into service. Great service. Had issue with my Buick. Had to have it towed in. Able to get me in to diagnose and was able to diagnose quickly. Had to order parts which took a Had issue with my Buick. Not a great experience. They assign you a customer service rep for your visit. The day after I dropped my car I called for an update because I hadn't received one. The person assigned to me was off and no one else was assigned. I asked for the manager, they were not there. Eventually, after calling at least 5 times that day after being sent to multiple voice mails, etc. I was told the mechanic could not remove my wheels and thus could not diagnose the issue. They were going to charge me > $1000 to cut off the wheel lugs. I picked the car up and took it to Midas who removed the lugs without charging me over $1000 to do so and without having to cut them off. After that, Ciocca still charged my credit card the over $200+ diagnostic fee when they did absolutely NOTHING. Then Brianna calls me multiple times to ask about trading my car in even after I told her I didn't want to. I have never had good experiences with the service department and this is my second Buick---for this reason I will not purchase another Buick. The only saving grace was the receptionist in the showroom who helped me when I came to pick the car up. More
