For the record. I have always had exceptional service from this dealership up until now! I came in for a LOF and tire rotation. Upon inspection of my 2018 Terrain which was purchased here, they suggest from this dealership up until now! I came in for a LOF and tire rotation. Upon inspection of my 2018 Terrain which was purchased here, they suggested that my tires were approaching the wear indicator marks for replacement. I asked them to replace all 4 four tires with new. Henry said the tires would arrive by 10:00 am so I would need to wait a hour since it was already 9:00 am. I agreed. Mind you, I arrived at 7:00 am for my appointment. It was 12:30 pm and only two tires had been changed when I checked with Henry. The alignment was be done immediately afterwards and the car was to be washed. The alignment was completed at 1:30. Upon checking out, I noticed the car hadn't been washed. Henry assured me that he told the valet to run the car through several times. He then proceeded to tell the valet in my presence do this A.S.A.P. The valet made several apologies indicating he "dropped the ball". Driving home, I noticed that the steering wheel again wasn't centered but now slightly in the opposite direction in which it was to be corrected by the alignment. This is a lengthy review, however it's important to state the facts and be clear. After 6.5 hours of waiting from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm for a LOF, four tire replacements with balancing and a unacceptable wheel alignment, I'm furious and disappointed. Even the technician who performed the alignment had a attitude. What's going on here? Over $1200.00 later, with wasted time and being lied to, doesn't work for me.
