Paid for an oil change and tire rotation... seems they did the oil and tire rotation... but they never checked and changed the tire air pressure. I guess because I only asked oil change and tire rotatio did the oil and tire rotation... but they never checked and changed the tire air pressure. I guess because I only asked oil change and tire rotation? When I discussed this with the service manager... I was told that the 5 miles I drove could change the air pressure on all 4 tires. He also said it was possible for 1 tire to increase by 4 pounds, 1 could increase 3 pounds another by 2, and one tire could change by just 1 pound - as mine had. He said he is sure the service guy checked the tire pressure.... You have to love a service manager who defends his staff... So - One Star for their service....The second rating star is won for loyalty to employees sadly not to the people who pay for 5 star service. More
