Ciocca Chevrolet GMC of Flemington

I brought my 2023 gmc diesal pkup in with excessive use of def fluid uses 2 1/2 gallons every 500 which is excessive my previous diesel gmc pkup used 2 1/2 gallons in 6500 miles I voiced this problem in of def fluid uses 2 1/2 gallons every 500 which is excessive my previous diesel gmc pkup used 2 1/2 gallons in 6500 miles I voiced this problem in a previous appointment with another vehicle and was told by another advisor that you had another vehicle with same problem and should bring my vehicle in because you had fixed other vehicle and was sure you could fix mine when I arrived for appointment was told advisor no longer work at your dealership when I came in to pick up my vehicle I was very nastily told there is nothing wrong with my vehicle and excessive use of def was normal which I do not except I will be going to gmc and voice my concerns More

Horrible experience! A simple sensor replacement ended up damaging my car. Mechanic ripped out a sensor from the catalytic converter making it impossible for a new one to A simple sensor replacement ended up damaging my car. Mechanic ripped out a sensor from the catalytic converter making it impossible for a new one to be inserted. Now there’s a hole in it. The car makes.a horrendous noise and exhaust is coming inside the vehicle. The dealer wants thousands to fix a problem they caused. As I was leaving to take my car home and evaluate my options with other repair shops I was told my car wasn’t safe to drive. Based on this experience I don’t think they care about their customers. I don't recommend this dealership. More

Need better trained mechanics my mechanical problem hasn’t been resolved since it was Flemington GMC, and now Ciocca GMC same excuses can’t replicate the issue.
