I bought my truck on July 31, 2020, before leaving the dealership of course being rushed out just did a quick walk thru and unfortunately with it being dark could not really see anything and was almost 8p dealership of course being rushed out just did a quick walk thru and unfortunately with it being dark could not really see anything and was almost 8pm. So I did a intensive walk through the next day and once completed reached out to my Sales Representative and emailed him everything that I found with pictures. I advised the sales rep that I would show it to him when I came to pick up my plates. When the day came to pick up the plates, he came out and I showed him everything that I emailed him and he bought out the Service Manager to look at it. With the Sales Rep as my witness the Service Manager stated that the truck would need to be here for a day, because they will need to remove the entire front bumper to fix the issue with the bumper popping on the front drivers side. So today on January 25, 2021 I scheduled my oil change and advised the scheduling representative of all the issues. Dropped the car off at 8am with the service rep who was very helpful and even went out of his way to ask specifics of the issues stated in my notes. To my surprise everything was apparently completed at 2pm when I got the phone call that my car was done. When I went to pick up the car they did not do anything with the nick in the door or fix the bumper like stated. When I asked about it, the same Service Manager that came out to look at the truck 5mths prior stated that they could not do anything with the bumper and that they can't do much with the plastic bumper to fix that problem. To Quote the manager " they are all the same(saying all the other trucks on their lot), the other cars are the same." so I walked the lot and found 2 of the exact same trucks and guess what those did not seem to have any issue where my truck does. So for someone in the Service Industry to tell me that they are all the same and not be able to do anything about it because they can't. Don't expect the Sales Representative to check on you our your problems, because they won't even remember who you are when you walk right past them. They made their commission don't really need you anymore. The moral of the story, this Dealership and the Sales Representatives will tell you what you need to hear to get you out of there spending 50 - 70K dollars and not deliver a satisfactory product. I know I might be the only one this might happens to but hopefully this helps others before they go to Flemington Chevrolet Buick GMC to purchase their next car.
