I made a service appointment and was given a date to bring truck in for oil change, recall and installation of a tow hitch. I was told all the work would be done in one day. I had purchased a tow hitch bring truck in for oil change, recall and installation of a tow hitch. I was told all the work would be done in one day. I had purchased a tow hitch bar on GM website and shipped it to dealer weeks prior. I was told to leave the vehicle for the day and was told that morning they had too many cars to work on and couldn't install tow hitch. Even after appeal they said too busy. I had to take a day out of work without a vehicle and I didn't pick the day of the appointment and felt it unfair to be told they were too busy to service the vehicle on a scheduled appointment. I asked for the hitch to be placed in the bed on my truck and I will pay someone else to do the work. I purchased my vehicle from Ciocca and will leave my business dealings at that. This was a disappointing experience and not good customer relations. More
