My wife and I have used this dealership in the past for service, with no issues. This time, I brought my truck in for an oil change and a few other filter changes, AND provided my own oil and filters. This service, with no issues. This time, I brought my truck in for an oil change and a few other filter changes, AND provided my own oil and filters. This was all notated on the service order. All I should have paid for was labor. The technician didn't pay attention and used a dealership oil filter before he realized his mistake. Then the dealership tried to charge me for that filter! I had to get a credit for my next visit because they would not credit it right away. On top of that, they charge you for fluid top-off as part of there service. My windshield washer fluid was NOT topped off and now my "Coolant Level Low" warning is coming on. What did I pay for? This is a 2018 Silverado 2500HD. Why is my coolant level low or not checked and topped off? It is days after my service appointment! I don't understand the lack of customer service or attention to detail. They had to call the service technician to see if he even used my provided Amsoil during the oil change. The service department appeared far too busy with not enough employees to check you in. More
