My husband wanted to speak with Tony and was initially held at arms length… my husband is a nice guy and they eventually let him speak with Tony directly. That is an excellent customer service opportunity and we’re grateful for that. We called several times for estimate and completion updates before finally getting in touch with someone or getting a call back. We had a mishap with the return of our key after a service visit. The young man had our car started and under the portico, but never handed us the key or mentioned where it was left. I assumed it was in the console, which would be logical… my bad. When we arrived home, the car system said key not found… then all the bells, whistles, alarms erupted as we tried to start the car…assuming the key was in the car, but couldn’t find it anywhere. With the help of Nick the manager, we were told the boy left the key on the dash and we eventually found it… it became logged at the windshield. Lesson learned…”personally hand the key to the owner” who just just spent $3500 on repairs, and thank them once again :) In addition, there were footprints from the mechanic on the running board of the car… my Father, if he was still here, would not have tolerated that inattention to detail. We generally felt the service was good, we felt confident with Tony. There are just a few hiccups with service that need to be ironed out and will make a big difference for your level of overall quality :). Thank you. More
