I am pleased with the quality and care when working on my vehicle. The employees are very courteous. The only downside to this visit was it took an hour and forty five minutes for an oil change and tire r vehicle. The employees are very courteous. They are inept. They don’t return calls. Couldn’t answer a warranty question and left my car worse than when I brought it in. trying to rule out a leak. They poured They don’t return calls. When I picked up my car, all underneath my floor mats was soaking wet from a clog or a leak in the moon roof drain. I was trying to call back and find out if that problem is covered by bumper to bumper or powertrain warranty and three different people told me they didn’t know and had to make a phone call to find out or “look into it.” Never called me back. Called 4 days in a row and wasn’t able to speak with anyone. Never again. Don’t go here! More
