Just when I think it can't get anymore painless, Jeff seems to find a way. He took the time to make sure that everything was perfect for the order before it went through. We had a couple speed bumps along the way with the way GM because of the details involved with the purchase (many ordering constraints), none of which were Jeff's fault. He triple checked that everything was perfect, even checking in while on vacation. It seems that I can't leave with only one car anymore. Jeff finds a way to put another car in the showroom that I can't leave without getting my hands on. This time it was a custom 2015 Chevy Colorado for my son. That purchase was also pain free. Joe also worked his Finance magic and made it all fall into place. Dave went over my son's truck from top to bottom, making sure he knew how everything worked. Even dealing with multiple calls and emails after we left. Since meeting Jeff and his team, Mr Kalafer and his son Josh, I can't see purchasing a car anywhere else. Keep up the amazing work !!!! Yes, I was turning a car in to and not leasing or buying from them, but they were totally unprofessional. Even the secretary could hardly manage a smile...The two men I dealt with were blunt and I had to pry answers out of them. When they did reply, they were snarky. It was like I offended them if I asked a question. Sorry I want to know where my money's going! No wonder the Kia dealership was empty...they scare people away with their miserable attitudes.
