2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on a car that only has 12k miles is a little ridiculous. I don't need the tech to give me a video recording of the car especially if I don't ask for one of even only has 12k miles is a little ridiculous. I know everything is working correctly or is bring it in and have you fox it. You should have a separate team of guys doing oil changes/services and tire rotations to get the customer in and out as fast as possible. I basically won't take the car there again unless something is majorly wrong. It's a waste of time during my day. Ford at least have me a loaner car when I dropped it off. Offer that and you can take as long as you want to change the oil. . More
