Very pleasant buying experience. I was always apprehensive about buying a new or used automobile due to the sales persons tactics. NOT THIS TIME!! Smooth top notch experience I was shopping for a car for my Mom, we originally went to the Audi dealer to test drive a ford, and we stole our salesmen and took him to the chevy d I was shopping for a car for my Mom, we originally went to the Audi dealer to test drive a ford, and we stole our salesmen and took him to the chevy dealer with us because he was that awesome, once there we drove the chevy Impala which we purchased, Larry Shulman our dealer from the Audi and Porsche dealer handled everything for us, we negotiated the price, set up financing and delivery, and supported us every step of the way. Larry handed us off to the finance manager Eric who worked very close win me on closing the deal, I help my Mom with these decisions, and advise her on contracts and such, Eric had no issues dealing with me with all the finance stuff, everything we discussed and agreed on was spot on, no hidden costs, or unexpected occurrences, he was truly a professional. We had one small problem, when we drove the car and negotiated the deal it was the night before, we took delivery the next morning, after we signed all the papers and saw the car, we realized there was some scratches and blemishes we didn't see in the dark, the manager Bob walked around the car with us, agreed with our concerns and set up an appointment to repair the blemishes and garunteed our satisfaction, it wasn't an argument it wasn't even a question about if they would repair it, they just jumped in and handled it, it was a great and completely satisfying experience. From the beginning, I felt I was treated with respect and that the salesman (Jon Case) really wanted to get me the car I wanted. Picking up the car did take a little longer than I expected but there were no hiccups along the way. Jeff Conrad handled the paperwork and Eric Henderson worked the lease agreement. My one recommendation would be for the sales folks to see the final contract before it is given to the buyer. More

When I was passed off to Eric to process the paperwork, I received the same treatment from him...wonderful! I've dealt with car dealers in the past who are high pressure and play pricing games, but the entire staff at Flemington GMC actually made the experience pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be going back! More

I searched the internet for days, test drove several of them, and then I stumbled upon one I had to have on the Internet. After delightfully speaking to Natanya, I scheduled a test drive. I am happy to say that I just bought a certified preowned BMW from Ryan. I love my car! Ryan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly during the whole process! Eric in finance worked diligently to make the car of my dreams work in my budget! Even though I live in Easton PA, I will be making that drive to Flemington NJ when in ready for my next car and I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends! More
Why go anywhere else? Is it taboo to say our new-car buying experience was fun and enjoyable? I never thought those words could be used to describe the process. From the moment we set foot in the offices to the moment we drove off the lot with our new 2015 Acadia, we felt welcomed, important, and appreciated. The dealership is exceptionally easy to find. Due to on-going construction of a new building that will house the dealership, a temporary trailer has been set-up on the opposite side of the road. It was well-labelled and easy to locate. The trailer was spacious and well-appointed, with a customer seating area and bathrooms, among other amenities. The car lot which the trailer is amongst was well-organized and easily navigable. We were referred to this dealership by a friend, and are incredibly happy that we were. No less than one minute after we stepped foot into the trailer, the General Sales Manager, Rob Slack, warmly greeted and welcomed us to the dealership. It was a genuine gesture and not just an act to butter us up. He then directed us to Art Cole, Jr., who would be our go-to sales professional. Art is well-deserving of his "Mark of Excellence" award. He was personable, affable, knowledgable of his products, and uncharacteristically devoted to his guests. He spent as much time as was necessary in order for us to understand everything we needed to understand about the car for which we were looking. When it came time for the business-end of car buying, I wouldn't even call it a process. It flowed smoothly and effortlessly. Rob and Art initially presented us with an excellent offer, which was unexpected. Being knowledgable of the market value and average going prices of the car, we asked for the price to be lowered in order that it be on-par with market value. We wanted to walk away with a price that was fair while at the same time, one that would not undermine the business aspect of the dealership. Rob and Art brought the price down without hesitation. They were open to negotiations, which helped us attain a customer-friendly bottom-line price. We worked with Eric Henderson, one of the finance managers, for the financing aspect of the purchase. We walked into the dealership with financing already set-up through our bank, which offered us a below-average APR. We were forthcoming with that information but did not disclose the actual number, which Art and Eric respected and did not push for. We conveyed that we'd be happy to entertain dealership financing offers - and we are glad we did! Eric spent the time necessary in order to earn our business and the rate he was able to secure was below the GMC-advertised introductory APR for the month. We have excellent credit ratings and we expected to have a below-average APR for our auto loan, but to call the rate we got below-average doesn't do it justice. We declined our bank offer and financed through the dealership. Eric explained the additional add-ons to us, but did not pressure us into accepting them. He respected our choices. Three-days later we returned to pick up the car. The formalities of signing paperwork was effortless. Art and Eric explained everything we were signing, and provided us with copies of everything we requested. Art then spent probably more than an hour with us, explaining and demonstrating all of the details of our new car, and even helped us set up our OnStar account with the OnStar customer service representative. We drove off the lot with feelings of glee. Not once did we feel pressured, taken advantage of, or misguided. In a nutshell, our experience at Flemington Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac was excellent, and it was so because of the three gentlemen we worked with. All the credit goes to them. Of course there is to be an expected amount of car-salesmanship, but they do it professionally and never underhandedly. An educated buyer with pleasant social skills should easily walk away from the dealership ready to recommend them to as many people as they can. More
