best dealership i have been doing business with Flemington Buick since 1999....... 3 years ago i went to another dealership due to the area i was living in. While that experience was good its was not the same as Flemington Buick. I really missed the feeling i got when i walked in , the staff are all so nice, every person says hello with a smile and asks if your being helped. When i called the dealership to talk to my salesperson Jeff Parker it was like i had never left, he was excited to hear my voice and happy when i told him i was coming back to get my fourth car. In true Jeff fashion he did everything he knows how to do and got me into my next car with a great deal as always . With the help of Ryan Orsi & Brenda Mannon they sealed the deal and made it effortless from start to finish. i have always referred to them because they have what it takes to give you that amazing customer experience , they dont miss a beat !!!! Same old delay tactics as most dealerships, although they knew we knew and we all did the dance together. It was a decent experience for me but not my wife who always gets pissed at dealerships and their back and forth delay tactics. We actually bought my last house in less time, including the visit, offer, negotiation and closing. More
