I submitted an online request for a Chevy Equinox on Friday night. Saturday morning, when the dealership opened, I received a call from Jonathan, at 9 AM sharp. I was impressed! He was very cordial, friendly and professional. I told him that I was, in fact, interested in an Equinox, but my credit was lacking. Rather than have me come in, he took the time to see if I could qualify. He said he would meet with Brenda to see my chances. Ten minutes later, he called me back with good news: I had been approved for the Equinox! Wow! I was dazzled. I jumped in my car and headed right down to the dealership. I was introduced to Jonathan who shook my hand firmly and passed me over to Jeff. Jeff, too, was friendly, polite and professional. What a day I was having so far! Jeff took me on a test ride and explained everything very clearly. I was having a blast. He made sure I was comfortable and showed me all of the safety features of the vehicle. Furthermore, I could actually fit in this car, which made my decision very easy. He assured me that the car would be ready by the close of business. I went home; relaxed; contemplated the optional features; grabbed my title and went back. I waited only about 15 minutes. Brenda made sure that Jeff knew I was waiting for him. Several other salespeople came over to make sure I had coffee, water, donuts, etc. What a powerhouse dealership!!! I loved it there. Finally, we went in to see Brenda. Well, let me tell you, she was awesome!! She made the whole process FUN and enjoyable. What really impressed me is that she did NOT push the optional features on me. She merely told me - very clearly - what they were and how much they cost. I simply could not afford them and told her so. She backed right off. Amazing. I am so used to being pushed and shoved into buying things I really don't want. We had a blast! Jeff was there, too, and we all got along so well. The entire process was a shear joy. I would, without a doubt, return to this dealership. I would recommend them HIGHLY to anyone I know. In all fairness, I had come to the dealership a year ago when I had the pleasure of meeting Eleni. She, too, was extremely nice, polite and patient. Unfortunately, my credit score was not high enough to secure a loan. However, it was because of her that I returned. My Family Has bought 4 vehicles in the past two years from Flemington. I was in the market for a new truck so i attempted multiple times to contact Brett over a course of a week and a half. So I just sho from Flemington. I was in the market for a new truck so i attempted multiple times to contact Brett over a course of a week and a half. So I just showed up at his desk and he seemed to bothered to deal with me. He said that he was sorry and that he was just so busy to get back to anyone.I got over this and fell in love with the truck and did the test drive. Brett convinced me that a lease would be my best option. when I was trying to strike a deal on the truck Brett refused to budge on price and stated he couldn't do anything for me. I than made a verbal agreement to do the lease but strangely enough he wanted us to come back four days later to finish the deal?? After a couple few hours I became uncomfortable with the price and the payment so I did a little more research and found another dealer that could lease me the same truck but for $50 per month cheaper. I than contacted Brett to see why this could be and he ranted on about how every dealer is going to be his price. He also stated that hes would put the truck back for sale and that he had wasted to much time on the deal and he wasn't going to waste anymore time. With out me saying anything else he hung up on me.This disturbed me a lot and to say the least Furious how someone you have brought so much business to could be so disrespectful.
